Account Manager – Los Angeles, CA

The Attorney Review Guide is currently seeking an Account Manager for the Los Angeles, California area. This position is key to the success of the Business to Business relationship that Attorney Review Guide aims to manage between our Attorney Clients. The Account Manager is responsible for building strong customer relationships in the field and ensuring a great customer experience with existing and potential customers.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop an understanding of customers’ business and solution requirements
  • Maintain Knowledge of Attorney Review Guides Portfolio of products and services.
  • Manage territory/accounts, including account planning and sales forecasting and engaging cross-functional resources and working with the virtual teams to ensure alignment across the company.
  • Provide sales leadership and experience on large or complex sales opportunities

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of Sales Experience in a Technology, Business to Business or Marketing Field.
  • Proficient in Sales Force and customer lead tracking
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Business Management preferred.
